2022-2023 // Videogame Design // Postgraduate degree
This formation provided all the fundamentals necessary to be an efficient game designer : plenty of team projects, vertical slices, prototypes, uses of design software, etc. It also taught me the skills to use creation tools, as well as an opportunity to develop my soft skills and refine my teamwork abilities.
2017-2021 // Psychology // Bachelor’s degree
Obtaining my bachelor's degree was a long-term goal that I achieved through determination and hard work. This experience taught me the importance of consistency, networking, and being actively involved in various committees. Finally, it really helped me hone my soft skills in leadership and communication.
I also had the chance to do an honors thesis on motivation, supervised by a prominent researcher, Robert J. Vallerand, and participated in the education laboratory in psychology under the supervision of Maryvonne Merri.
2016-2017 // Human resources management // Certificate
My first year at UQAM was a big adaptation for me and instigated my curiosity for knowledge. It made me aware of the world and gave me the drive to want more. I also began developing my people skills during this time, which I continued to focus on once I started studying psychology.
2012-2013 // Project manager // Non-profit organization
My year as a project manager taught me valuable lessons in dedication, organization, and teaching children. It instilled in me a strong sense of involvement, care, and empathy to provide emotional support to those in need. This experience is invaluable to me and remains my first completed passion project.
